By Mary Cronin
Professor, Boston College
Mary Cronin wrote the book on Smart Products. Since it is being published the old-fashioned way, on paper between hard covers, it’s not available yet. Her first book, Doing Business on the Internet (1994), stirred things up a bit way back at the dawn of E-Commerce, so keep an eye out for Smart Products (Cambridge University Press, 2010). Dr. Cronin is a Professor of Management in the Information Systems Department at Boston College with a 20 year track record of writing, researching and advising companies about technology trends and competitive strategy. She also serves as a principal advisor to Auster Capital Partners. |
