Jon Arnold is Principal of J Arnold & Associates, an independent telecom analyst and marketing consultancy with a focus on IP communications. Previously, he was the VoIP Program Leader at Frost & Sullivan, where he was responsible for managing their subscription service for Global VoIP Equipment Markets.

He is a regular speaker at VoIP and telecom conferences, including VON, Nextcomm, Internet Telephony, Pacific Telecom Council, NYSSA, Enterprise Networks, IT360 and the Canadian Institute.

He is a member of the Microsoft Canada Unified Communications Vision Team, and the Portal Editor of IP Convergence TV. Jon also writes a monthly newsletter for a well-regarded U.S. investment bank, and serves as an Advisor to a number of emerging companies.
