Mobile BIS to Provide Mobility Software to Valley Pet Cemetery and Crematory

LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)-- Mobile BIS, a developer of software applications for handheld mobile devices, today announced an agreement with Valley Pet Cemetery and Crematory, of Williamsport, Maryland, to automate the mobile operations of its pet crematories.

One of the nation's largest pet crematories, Valley Pet serves pet owners and veterinarians from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Michael Macho, president of Mobile BIS, a division of BIS Computer Solutions, said: "The software applications installed at Valley Pet will convert many of its manual processes and record-keeping functions to an automated system that will improve its internal productivity and further increase the satisfaction of customers. For pet owners, the process of cremating a pet can be an emotion-wrenching experience. Our software application represents an effective companion to Valley Pet and its responsiveness to the sensitivities involved in this process."

"While we maintain an efficient manual operation, the growth of our business required the customized technology solution provided by Mobile BIS. The new system is enabling us to meet the demands of our growth and continue high quality service to our customers," said Todd Snook, of Valley Pet Crematory.

Located on a 90-acre apple orchard within 10 minutes of its cemetery office in the rolling hills of Western Maryland, Valley Pet crematory is a state-of-the-art, full service facility. Its cremation services include transporting the pet from a veterinary hospital, performing the cremation process, placing the pet's remains in an attractive urn and delivery of the remains to the hospital to be reunited with the pet's owners. The company points out that strict quality controls are adhered to throughout the cremation process.

About Mobile BIS: Based in Los Angeles, Mobile BIS (www.mobilebis.com), a division of BIS Computer Solutions, provides software applications for mobile devices to accelerate responsiveness of a company's field and transportation personnel and maximize customer satisfaction.
