Roy Palk is a 40-year veteran of the energy industry and is currently the president of New Horizons Consulting where he represents and advises energy related clients on a wide range of utility operational topics. His with past roles that include president and CEO of East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC); assistant general manager of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA); director member services for Tri-County Electric Membership Corporation in Lafayette, Tennessee; general manager and CEO of Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation in Carthage, Tennessee. Jeff Bridgland brings over 30 years of managerial experience in information and communications technologies and is currently president of Land Bridge LLC, a consulting firm that guides municipalities and utilities on digital information and communications strategies. Previously, he spent 17 years as the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunication for the Piedmont Municipal PowerAgency (PMPA). PMPA is a joint action agency formed by ten municipal electric utilities in the northwest section of South Carolina. He has also held various information technology leadership positions for manufacturing, small business and military systems entities. In addition to his role as an advisory board member, Mr. Bridgland will work with N-Dimension in a business development role to expand the visibility and success of the company into the U.S. public power market.
