Each quarter, DCR's Trendline team of economists and market analysts conduct original research into issues of U.S. labor supply and demand. The approximately 20 questions that comprise the Survey are based on input from Human Resources professionals about what matters to them when attempting to find needed talent. The purpose of the Survey is to provide greater insight into the techniques employed to find highly skilled resources, including the usage of non-domestic workers for U.S.-based positions.
