Lowest PEG Ratio in the Mortgage REITs Industry Detected in Shares of Capstead Mortgage (CMO, IVR, CIM, CYS, CXS)


May 20, 2013 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Mortgage REITs industry with the lowest price to earnings to growth (PEG) ratios. PEG is valuable in assessing the tradeoff between the price of a stock and expected growth. Generally, the lower the PEG, the better.

Capstead Mortgage ranks lowest with a a PEG ratio of 1.52. Following is Invesco Mortgage Capital with a a PEG ratio of 1.64. Chimera Investment ranks third lowest with a a PEG ratio of 1.66.
