BRIEF: Will Bike-A-Thon go on?May 03, 2013 (Albert Lea Tribune - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Organizers with the Freeborn County Bike-A-Thon said Friday they have not decided whether to postpone the annual bike ride slated for Saturday morning. They said the event has a rain clause and will make a determination before the start, which is at 6 a.m. Saturday at a warming house at Sibley Elementary School in Albert Lea. The ride raises funds for the American Cancer Society and goes 100 miles around Freeborn County.
