Matrix Medical Network Releases New Company Video

Matrix Medical Network, a national leader in prospective medical assessment services for Medicare Advantage plan members, has released a new company video that provides an inside look at Matrix and its prospective health services. The About Matrix video is posted on Matrix's recently launched member website-www.MatrixForMe.com-which is entirely focused on the Matrix member experience.

Every day, Matrix takes quality care of more than 1,200 Medicare Advantage members around the country. Beyond that, what makes Matrix so unique to the industry is its nationwide employee network of more than 400 nurse practitioners and supervising physicians, advanced technology and health care analytics solutions, and above all earnest dedication to creating better and healthier lives for members.

The less than 3-minute About Matrix video offers a glimpse into what the copany does, starting from initial member contact and education about Matrix health assessments and through the process of an actual Matrix Nurse Practitioner engaging a member in a home assessment. In the video, Matrix and its services are described first-hand by Matrix's clinical staff, call center and executive leadership team members, including Chief Executive Officer Randy Dobbs, and Medicare Advantage plan members speak openly about their experiences with Matrix.

Matrix's company video and member website are part of a multifaceted member engagement strategy that Matrix began last year to deliver health plans, plan members, medical groups, and caregivers more information about Matrix and the benefits of one-hour plus prospective health assessments performed by its team of highly trained nurse practitioners. Baltimore-based GKV, a 30-year-old, full-service integrated marketing communications firm, created the new video and website. The website uses GKV's proprietary device agnostic, web-development process that optimizes user experience depending on the device used to access the site.

MatrixForMe.com also includes a health assessment video, showing the value of Matrix's approach to conducting one-on-one, in-home health assessments. Matrix will soon be adding more content to its website, including testimonials from members who have had positive experiences with their assessments as well as other important health-related information.
