Sitel to Hire Positions in San Angelo, Texas Customer Care Call Center

Sitel, a global customer care provider, announced that with the addition of a new energy client and current client growth, it is actively expanding its customer care call center in San Angelo, Texas.
According to a release, this will entail hiring more than 250 positions to support clients in financial, health and energy industries. The newly hired San Angelo associates will provide inbound technical care support.
Sitel anticipates this growth will create several career path opportunities for frontline coaches and future operations managers. Career path development is a foundational building block for Sitel. Sitel has a long reputation for promoting team members through the ranks to management positions. The company makes a significant investment in training and providing on-going learning opportunities to grow valuable career skills.

In an effort to recruit new employees for its facility located at 2702 West Loop 306, Sitel is working closely with Texas Workforce Solutions.
