TeleCommunication Systems gets $3.4 million for deployable satellite systems equipment and support

TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSYS) said it has received $3.4 million in incremental funding from the US Army for equipment, field services support and maintenance of secure internet protocol router and non-secure internet protocol router access point very small aperture terminal satellite systems equipment.
The US Army project manager for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T) Commercial Satellite Terminal Program is funding these procurements through the Army's $5 billion World-Wide Satellite Systems contract vehicle.
