360buy.com to Provide Dell After-sales Service


Jan 14, 2013 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- After reaching a strategic cooperation agreement with Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) today, 360buy.com will provide Dell computer users with after-sales services of the same quality as a Dell-authorized service provider.



According to the agreement, 360buy.com will, via self-diagnosis, provide online components ordering and installation service for customers purchasing Dell computers via its platform so as to solve user's problems in after-sales service. The platform might as well ask for Dell's spare parts throughout China to guarantee maintenance in time.

A Dell flagship store and e-commerce market's first Alienware flagship store have been established on 360buy.com at present, selling Dell's all series of consumer computers, display screens, and parts of commercial computers. After signing this strategic agreement, 360buy's cooperation with Dell has been expanded to after-sales service, thus realizing a full-range cooperation in pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services.
