MICROSOFT RELEASES 12 BUG FIXES: Microsoft has released seven bulletins fixing 12 vulnerabilities in the first Patch Tuesday release for 2013, PC Magazine has reported. However, a fix for the zero-day vulnerability in Internet Explorer was not part of the release. Only two of the seven bulletins were rated "critical"; the remaining five were rated "important," Microsoft said in its advisory.
