Citrix Systems to acquire ZenpriseDec 07, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Citrix Systems, Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of information technology solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zenprise, Inc., a provider enterprise mobile management and mobile device management software. Both the companies are based in the US. Zenprise has been backed by funding from Greylock Partners, Bay Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures. O'Melveny & Myers LLP is acting as legal advisor to Zenprise. The transaction is anticipated to close during the first quarter of 2013.
