Confirmit selected by KeepFactor for bespoke Real Estate survey
(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY -- Confirmit, the leading global software provider for Customer Experience, Employee Engagement and Market Research, is pleased to announce that KeepFactor, a specialist Market Research provider to the Real Estate market, has invested in Confirmit Horizons to develop a bespoke survey that will help landlords attract and retain tenants.
The KeepFactor survey will monitor the 'health' of office buildings and other facilities by surveying the real customers - tenants and all other office users - to find out what services (maintenance, quality of fittings, location, transport, etc. ) are ranked highly in terms of satisfaction and which areas need to be addressed. The ranking system will help landlords identify the areas that tenants consider to be the most important 'keep factors' so that they can be managed efficiently and effectively in order to increase customer loyalty and to retain office tenants in the long term. By combining the results of the survey with hard data about lease terms and fees, landlords are able to strategically prioritise their investment across their portfolio. KeepFactor will be launching a pilot survey in the Autumn prior to its initial deployment in the Netherlands.
"The Real Estate market is under extreme pressure to keep tenants for as long as possible but it can only do this if the facilities and services that are provided meet the increasingly demanding needs of its customers. Our survey will help Real Estate investors and asset managers to take a new, proactive approach to customer satisfaction which should lead to far higher retention levels. This is extremely important in the current economic climate when keeping office buildings fully leased and minimising vacancies is a major challenge," commented Merijn Brouwer, one of the founders of KeepFactor.
"Our decision to invest in Confirmit as the platform for our survey - instead of creating a survey from scratch ourselves - has provided us with sophisticated programming, design and reporting capabilities from day one. It has also enabled us to bring an entirely new product to market much faster than if we had developed it in-house and with a significantly lower financial investment," he added.
"Confirmit offers far more functionality than we could have imagined was possible and the on-demand arrangement makes it the ideal choice for a start up company that wants to found its business on a quality, highly flexible and scalable solution from the outset," said Brouwer.
Tim Hannington, EVP, Confirmit commented: "We are delighted to be working with KeepFactor and to be supporting this innovative approach to customer satisfaction and loyalty in such a demanding marketplace."
