(ADR), a subsidiary of CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX). The acquisition closed on August 31, 2012. Safety Holdings' acquisition of American Driving Records expands its ability to provide cost-effective national driver record access, merges two strong client bases (SAMBASafety and ADR), and provides a broader suite of risk management offerings. SAMBASafety and ADR will continue operations as subsidiaries of the holding company.
