Safety Holdings, Inc. Acquires American Driving Records, Inc.

Safety Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAMBASafety Holdings LLC, announced today the acquisition of American Driving Records, Inc. (ADR), a subsidiary of CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX). The acquisition closed on August 31, 2012.

Safety Holdings' acquisition of American Driving Records expands its ability to provide cost-effective national driver record access, merges two strong client bases (SAMBASafety and ADR), and provides a broader suite of risk management offerings. SAMBASafety and ADR will continue operations as subsidiaries of the holding company.

SAMBASafety is a leader in SaaS (News - Alert)-based driver risk management services and solutions that proactively mitigate the costly ramifications of employer negligence and liability claims. ADR has provided critical motor vehicle record data and services to insurance carriers and gents, employers, and pre-employment companies in 50 states, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada.
