SafeAuto Insurance Chooses Thunderhead.com Solution

Sep 27, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Thunderhead.com, a provider of SaaS solutions for customer experience management, announced that SafeAuto Insurance has selected the Thunderhead NOW solution to provide standardized documentation on a single platform for all policy, billing and claims document generation across the organization.

According to a release, Thunderhead.com will work with existing solutions to deliver enhanced customer service for SafeAuto, enabling the company to maximize its existing IT investments.

SafeAuto, a U.S. property/casualty (P/C) insurer, needed to extend the capabilities of its current document management system and wanted to implement a solution that would integrate with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, a complete set of systems that support the core operations of P/C insurers, which the company is currently implementing. After evaluating several solutions, SafeAuto selected Thunderhead NOW to provide one common platform for enterprise communication. Thunderhead NOW is a cost-efficient platform that needs minimal maintenance, allowing SafeAuto to enhance its operational strategy, the company said.
