Sep 19, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- 2Dialog, Ltd., a Software as a Services (SaaS) fundraising platform, has acquired Mercury Communications Group, a technology provider specializing in social fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations. Both the companies are based in the US.

2Dialog is a portfolio company of Social Sector Ventures.

Agile Equity acted as financial advisor to the transaction.
