RCA says, "Yes, we do have VoIP Phones!" Recognized Brand Makes Inroads into VoIP Phone Market

Buffalo, NY, Sep 14, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- VoIP Supply LLC, North America's leading supplier of VoIP equipment and complete solutions, is happy to announce the addition of RCA VoIP Phones.

Mentioning the RCA brand conjures up the iconic "His Master's Voice" image of a dog looking into a phonograph. For those in the VoIP world, Nipper's same quizzical head tilt applies when told that yes, RCA does have VoIP phones.

In fact, RCA is the largest manufacturer in the multi-line and DECT analog phone market and now, with the two newest releases, the RCA IP110 and RCA IP120, they take a step out of the analog world and firmly into the VoIP phone world.

The IP110 and IP120 are the first VoIP phones from RCA. The two phones share a similar form factor and several of the same features.

Both phones have a built in full duplex speaker phone, support for a variety of voice codecs including G.722 for HD voice, dual LAN/WAN RJ45 ports and a RJ9 headset jack with support for electronic hook switch (EHS). Neither model supports PoE but, they do ship with an AC power supply included.

The two models do have their differences; the RCA IP110 is a two line phone with a 2×15 characters display while the RCA IP120 is a three line phone with a 123×64 display.

RCA VoIP Phones can be used by anyone that needs a VoIP phone, support all of the most common telephony functions, and have large easy to navigate keys. The RCA IP110 and RCA IP120 are great for call centers, sales, and customer service representatives.

RCA VoIP Phones are Broadsoft, Metaswitch and Asterisk/Digium certified so they will work with most IP PBXs.

RCA VoIP Phones are an attractive option because they save businesses the time and hassle of dealing with defective phones. RCA phones go through a 100% quality check that includes plugging in the power adapter before it's shipped. Plus, with the RCA's responsibility of backing up a 2-year warranty, they make sure that they have very low return rates.

Additionally, all RCA customer service and support calls are handled by their call center based in Ohio which is open 24/7.

"RCA makes their first inroads into the VoIP phone market" said Garrett Smith, Chief Marketing Officer at VoIP Supply. "The notion of RCA VoIP phones may be new but, RCA's been a major player in the analog and DECT phone markets so, their history easily speaks for itself."
