Adaptive Planning acquires myDIALS

Sep 11, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Adaptive Planning, Inc., a provider of hosted budgeting, planning and business forecasting software applications, has acquired myDIALS, Inc., a provider of software-as-a-service (Saas) based performance management solutions. Both the companies are based in the US.

As part of the transaction, myDIALS employees in the US and Australia will join Adaptive Planning.
