Cegedim Relationship Management Expands Healthcare Compliance Offering by Collaborating with Clifford Chance

Cegedim Relationship Management, the worldwide expert in healthcare compliance solutions for the Life Sciences, today announced a collaboration with UK-based international law firm, Clifford Chance. Through the collaboration, Cegedim Relationship Management will offer its E-Reg Monitor Services™ web portal, already available in the US, to Life Sciences companies worldwide. The portal is a repository of information on the most recent information on country-specific transparency and anti-corruption rules and regulations, such as the French and US (PPACA) Sunshine Acts, the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Code of Conducts.

Staying Up-to-Date on Rapidly Changing Transparency Requirements

According to the terms of the engagement, Clifford Chance attorneys will write and update content for the global E-Reg Monitor Services web portal, a community portal for obtaining and sharing information, and receiving alerts on:

• National transparency rules
• Codes of best practices, which may include transparency prerequisites
• Anti-corruption regulations

Forty-four Cegedim Relationship Management clients in the US already subscribe to the E-Reg Monitor Services web portal.
