[August 16, 2012] Level 3 and Time Warner Cable Ink Multi-Year Agreement for Backbone and Infrastructure Services Tweet Aug 16, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Level 3 Communications, Inc. announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with Time Warner Cable Inc. to expand Time Warner Cable's national network. According to the Company, the agreement also includes the delivery of additional core infrastructure services that will enhance the redundancy and reliability of the Time Warner Cable network. The agreements into which Level 3 and Time Warner Cable are entering build upon and strengthen the strategic business relationship between the two companies. Level 3 said that it has agreed on terms and conditions under which both companies will exchange IP traffic between their respective backbone networks.
