Social Solutions Transforms Case Management Systems with ETO-xi
BALTIMORE --(Business Wire)--
Social
Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of performance
management software for human and social services, announced today the
availability of Efforts
to Outcomes (ETO™)-xi; a new Software as a Service
(SaaS (News - Alert)) offering designed specifically to meet the needs of state and
local government agencies. It is the first systems-bridging product of
its type, allowing larger entities to measure outcomes and demonstrate
agency-wide progress in ETO software, without the need to enter data
again to maintain the value of a pre-existing system.
ETO-xi integrates with a government agency's long-standing case
management system to ensure established data collection and reporting is
not disrupted by the introduction of a software tool better suited to
outcomes measurement and performance management at the direct service
level. This integration will provide agencies with a new level of
visibility and accountability without replacing their existing system or
placing additional administrative burdens on staff.
