Videlica Joins Virtual Hold Technology as Global Reseller Partner

Jun 29, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Virtual Hold Technology (VHT), a provider of enterprise conversation strategies, announced it has added Videlica, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, to its vendor-partner network.

According to a release, from its six international offices, Videlica serves customers in 13 countries including Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Mexico, England and Ireland. Videlica will resell the Conversation Bridge, a multichannel callback solution for customer-focused companies.

The Company reported that the Conversation Bridge solves the problem of self-service dead ends and bridges the gap between all self-service applications and contact center representatives so that customers no longer have to start all over, repeat account information or wait on hold. Whether customers try to make contact over the phone, on the web, in a smartphone app, through an online social community or via a TV-console app, Videlica reported that its Conversation Bridge provides a consistent experience across all channels and eliminates the self-service dead ends that disrupt the customer experience.
