ReadyPulse Announces Its Initial Round of Funding
BELLEVUE, Wash. --(Business Wire)--

funding, and named Dennis O'Malley as CEO. ReadyPulse's lead investor is Moxie
Software. ReadyPulse's operations will be located within Moxie's

As part of the agreement, Dennis O'Malley will be transitioning from his

become CEO of ReadyPulse Prior to ReadyPulse, O'Malley was VP Sales for
Gartner (News - Alert) (NYSE:IT), managing the West Coast Region and built their
Emerging Technology, VC/Private Equity and Semiconductor practices.
O'Malley will lead ReadyPulse with the support of co-founders Srinivas
Penumaka (Microsoft (News - Alert)), T Vinod Gupta (Amazon) and Mihir Vaidya
(Microsoft), who jointly developed the brand advocacy platform. With
strong roots in customer relationship management (CRM), social
technologies, and scalable systems, ReadyPulse's co-founders are experts
in developing technologies that help marketers drive revenues.
