AltiGen unveils iFusion SmartStation on VoIP Supply's online webstore

Mar 12, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- AltiGen Communications, Inc, a provider of software-based unified communications services, has announced the availability of the iFusion SmartStation on retailer VoIP Supply's online webstore.

The iFusion SmartStation is an iPhone docking station that pairs the iPhone with the iFusions's ergonomic handset or business-grade speakerphone via built-in Bluetooth that is functional up to 33 feet away. It also charges the iPhone, offers streaming music playback (A2DP), an audio jack for external speakers and USB pass through for syncing to a Mac or PC, the company said.

Compatible with the iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S, it integrates with voice-enabled applications such as Siri, FaceTime, Skype, AltiGen's MaxMobile, Cisco Mobile, and Avaya one-X Mobile.

The iFusion offers benefits to home and business users such as an ergonomic handset and speakerphone to provide a traditional desk phone experience; iPhone dock connector for syncing and charging; bluetooth A2DP streaming for iPhone music over the internal speakerphone; stereo line out port for connecting to powered external speakers via an optional audio cable; and clean industrial design engineering designed to complement Apple products, the company added.
