Michael comes to Med-Vantage from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) where he had a pivotal role in myriad financial and strategic imperatives. During his tenure, he collaborated with senior leadership from multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield Licensees to evaluate consumer-focused software solutions, including personal health records, member statements, and other innovative healthcare technologies.

Prior to joining BCBSA, Michael worked in various capacities in the capital markets and finance, including roles in equity research with Morgan Stanley and portfolio management with a Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Asset Management firm. Michael has extensive experience evaluating business strategies and has valued public and private companies across numerous industries for potential investment opportunities. Additionally, Michael held various finance positions with GE Capital, GE Appliances and GE Medical Systems and graduated from its Financial Management Program, a prestigious management-training program considered the gateway for the company's future finance leaders.

Michael holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business from Syracuse University.
