Power DNN Announces Doubling of Its Data Center Capacity in New Expansion Agreement With CoSentry

OMAHA, Neb., Nov 12, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Today, Power DNN, the nation's leading provider of advanced hosting services for the DotNetNuke(R) community announced that they had reached an agreement with CoSentry to more than double their capacity. The added capacity will be in CoSentry's Tier IV secure data center in Omaha, Nebraska, one of the primary network hubs for the larger CoSentry Resiliency Network. The announcement made during the DevConnections conference in Las Vegas assures that Power DNN will not be limited by facilities or network as they have significant expansion planned in 2009.

"We have now experienced 12 straight quarters of client and revenue growth and see nothing but acceleration in 2009," indicated Tony Valenti, CEO and founder of Power DNN. "The CoSentry platform enables us to provide our clients with one of the industry's best facilities with unparalleled power and network infrastructure," he continued. "The DotNetNuke community has just begun to realize its potential," added John Grange, Power DNN's Chief Operating Officer, "and the macro economic environment is driving larger enterprise clients to understand the value of our advanced service offering."

Under the agreement Power DNN will double its footprint in the high availability facility and has reserved the right to add considerable adjoining space. CoSentry recently added multi-million dollar power and infrastructure upgrades that cement their position as an industry leader in Resiliency Network management. "It has been very exciting to be part of an evolution within an industry that is growing at such a dramatic rate," contributed Rod Peterson, Lead Solutions Consultant for CoSentry. "Our core business has been corporate enterprise and large commerce engines, so we have had to adjust to this phenomenon of intelligent, assertive businesses that are sourcing powerful stand alone platforms." He continued, "These folks are leaping past the chasm on a daily basis and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon."
