Charlotte's VR Mergers & Acquisitions Completes Sale of Commercial Graphics

Charlotte's VR Mergers and Acquisitions,
founded in 1996 by the father and son team of Brad and Jay Offerdahl, has
just completed the transaction of western North Carolina's Commercial
Graphics-Hendersonville Printing Company. A technology-based printing
company headquartered in Hendersonville, NC, Commercial Graphics operates
two divisions, HPC and Copy-Works. Both are recognized for their
outstanding service and state-of-the-art technology.

In business for over 25 years, Commercial Graphics has been sold to a
privately held company. They look forward to continuing their impressive
growth and will continue to operate under the same name with their existing
management and team.

Brad Offerdahl, owner of VR Mergers and Acquisitions Charlotte, represented
the sellers throughout the transaction. "The sale of Commercial Graphics
generated a lot of interest. We were able to consummate the sale in a
reasonably short time and the result was a win-win situation for both
parties," says Offerdahl.
