Koch, Netivi Named Co-CEOs Of Limco-Piedmont

October 8, 2008 (FinancialWire) -- Limco-Piedmont Inc. (NASDAQ: LIMC)
(Current Market Cap: US$49.12 Mil.) has named Robert Koch and Ehud
Netivi as co-chief executive officers. Koch was previously the
president of Limco-Airepair and Netivi was previously the president of
Piedmont Aviation Component Services, both subsidiaries of
Limco-Piedmont.
Koch and Netivi succeed Shaul Menachem, who has stepped down as a
director and CEO of the company but will remain an employee of the
company through December 31. Shmuel Fledel, the CEO of the company's
parent, TAT Technologies, was also elected chairman of Limco-Piedmont
and will assume an active role in the company's business.
Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Limco-Piedmont provides maintenance, repair and
overhaul, or MRO, services and parts supply services to the aerospace
industry. The company is also an original equipment manufacturer of
heat transfer equipment for airplane manufacturers and other related
products.
