(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) MINNEAPOLIS, MN, October 7 / MARKET WIRE/ --

Four51 announced today that it has signed a
joint marketing agreement with SAP America, Inc. to enable cross promotion
of their software applications. Four51 and SAP America will work
collaboratively to identify joint account opportunities to bring the Four51
Software as a Service (SaaS) solution into the SAP community and to bring
Four51 users into the SAP
ecosystem. Together, Four51 and SAP will aim to create a new community of
users that leverage business management applications from both companies.

In addition to signing a joint marketing agreement with SAP, Four51's
latest technology release opened up cross-marketing opportunities for both
companies. Four51 incorporated OCI (Open Catalog Interface) functionality,
which enables users of SAP? solutions to integrate purchase order
processing with their Four51 web-based catalogs.
This process allows Four51 customers whose buyers use SAP solutions to
interoperate through an entirely electronic workflow.

In 2006, Four51 announced an agreement with SAP America to deliver a new
integrated e-commerce business management solution for use with the SAP Business One application.
The solution provides a comprehensive, easy-to-use, affordable solution for
distributors and suppliers of indirect goods. It offers full integration of
Four51's e-commerce functionality with SAP Business One. For the latest
