Connective Technologies, Inc. Announces a Marketing Alliance with Rural Computing Consultants, Inc. and Farmers Mutual Relief and Woodville Mutual, as First Production Clients of Integrated Agency Interface Solution
HOUSTON --(Business Wire)-- Connective Technologies announces a marketing alliance with Rural Computing Consultants ("RCC") for providing TEAM-UP Download and Translation Solutions to the mid-west mutual insurance marketplace. Connective and RCC are already in production with this strategic alliance with Farmers Mutual Relief and Woodville Mutual, both mutual insurance companies domiciled in Ohio. The TEAM-UP solution provides once-and-done processing in an industry compliant, data-secure environment for agency downloads.
Kevin F. Sheehan, Executive Vice President of RCC, commented, "Agency download is one of the top challenges facing both carriers and agencies today. The power of seamlessly integrating our contemporary technologies and providing the value-added service of making it easier to do business for our carrier clients with their respective independent agencies is what sold me on this alliance. Our client engagement team was also impressed with the turn-key approach of implementing TEAM-UP Solutions -- and obtaining a production environment, from project initiation to full roll-out to all agencies, within just a couple of months."
Dic Marxen, CEO of Connective Technologies, adds, "This is our fourth marketing alliance established this year, and yet again, one that extends our countrywide penetration -- this one into a very strategic mid-west mutual insurance marketplace for us. Our respective clients are excited about the premier serviceability that both RCC and TEAM-UP have brought to their agency base. It has been awesome to share in this overall collaborative success!"
About Farmers Mutual Relief:
Farmers Mutual Relief Association was formed in 1874 by four farmers from Wyandot County who wanted to share in each other's risks and was incorporated in 1878. Farmers Mutual Relief Association has had three other Mutuals merge into it since 1995 and currently has over 70 agents writing for us. It was realized in the early 1990's that technology would play a major role in increasing our premium and adding new agents to write their business with us. The agent is our client. Without the agent, Farmers Mutual Relief would not be where it is today. With the advanced technology, our role in the industry would be limited to a smaller marketing area. Farmers Mutual Relief Association currently has agents in the majority of the counties in Ohio.
About Woodville Mutual:
Woodville Mutual originated as the German Farmers Mutual Protective Association in 1859. The German Farmers Mutual Protective Cyclone Association was incorporated in Woodville in 1909. The two associations were consolidated as Woodville Mutual in 1960. Today, Woodville Mutual has grown to a property insurance company with over 4,200 policyholders and over $800,000,000 at risk.
