Neocase Software Names Microsoft Vet as North American President

Neocase Software Inc., a vendor of collaborative customer service software, has announced that William Pollie has been appointed president of U.S. and North American operations.

Pollie will oversee activities pertaining to product development, customer and partner relationships, sales and channel strategy while facilitating communications with Neocase’s European division as the company continues its U.S. and global expansion.

Pollie most recently served as the company’s SVP of sales. He joined Neocase from Microsoft (News - Alert) where he was vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions and led their U.S. field and channel sales organization.

Prior to Microsoft, Pollie was with SAP (News - Alert) America for nine years, where he served in a number of product, sales and management roles, including vice president of field operations for SAP’s focused offerings for the service industry.



Neocase can be deployed on-demand, on-premise, or bundled with Microsoft CRM 3.0 sales and marketing modules, meeting the diversified needs of both large enterprises and mid-market organizations.

This January Neocase announced that Caroline Philippon-Quereuil has joined as chief financial officer.

Philippon-Quereuil will lead Neocase’s worldwide finance organization and direct all financial activity as Neocase continues its U.S. and global expansion.

“With the infusion of the most recent round of institutional capital and the leadership of our veteran management team, Neocase is well positioned to rapidly expand U.S. and worldwide market share in customer service software,” she said.

Prior to joining Neocase, Philippon-Quereuil served as finance director with Art Technology Group (News - Alert), a public company selling e-commerce technology products.

Neocase Software sells to the customer service market segment. Created in a call center environment, Neocase sells customer operations products for service, support, self service, knowledge bases and partner centers.

In late December, Neocase announced that Global Refund selected Neocase 10 to “reshape the company’s client services in France and Italy.”

Global Refund is a supplier of financial services for merchant markets’ interactions with foreign customers, running over 200 international Cash Refund offices across four continents. It has over 230,000 merchants worldwide as customers.
