Neocase Hires Philippon-Quereuil As CFO

Neocase Software, a vendor of customer service software products, has announced that Caroline Philippon-Quereuil has joined as chief financial officer.
Philippon-Quereuil will lead Neocase’s worldwide finance organization and direct all financial activity as Neocase continues its U.S. and global expansion.
"With the infusion of the most recent round of institutional capital and the leadership of our veteran management team, Neocase is well positioned to rapidly expand U.S. and worldwide market share in customer service software," she said.
Prior to joining Neocase, Philippon-Quereuil served as finance director with Art Technology Group (News - Alert), a public company selling e-commerce technology products.
Neocase Software sells to the customer service market segment. Created in a call center environment, Neocase sells customer operations products for service, support, self service, knowledge bases and partner centers.
Last month Neocase announced that Global Refund selected Neocase 10 to "reshape the company's client services in France and Italy," according to Neocase officials.
Global Refund is a supplier of financial services for merchant markets' interactions with foreign customers, running over 200 international Cash Refund offices across four continents. It has over 230,000 merchants worldwide as customers.
The product manages administrative and financial operations relating to tourist tax refunds and dynamic currency conversion services. It produces tax refund slips, verifies their validity and provides reimbursements in cash or by mail.
"France is the number one tourist destination in the world, hosting 76 million visitors a year. Of these travelers, 14 million are non-EU residents and therefore qualify to receive a tax refund," explains Julie Weinberg, tourist relations manager with Global Refund France.
Designed for quick implementation, easy use, and optimized for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 3.0, Neocase can be deployed either on-demand or on-premise.
In September Neocase announced that Pacific Coast Companies, Inc., part of the Pacific Coast Building Products family of building companies, and SOS, a vendor of voice, data and telephony management products for small and mid-size businesses, have adopted Neocase to manage their customer service and support operations and subsequently enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
PCCI provides administrative and IT services to all of the PCBP companies. The Neocase customer care software allows the IT department to track the services being provided to several thousand employees. These services range from the support of desktop computers and printers to the design, production and support of custom software and applications.
