Sedona Gets Another Financial Services MRM Customer
TMCnet Contributing Editor
Sedona Corporation, which sells MRM products for small and mid-size financial services organizations, has sold Valley Federal Credit Union its Intarsia MRM application.
Valley Federal Credit Union, a federally-insured institution, has over $113 million in assets, serves more than 20,000 members in Billings, Montana.
After reviewing a number of MRM options, Valley Federal determined that Intarsia was the best product for its needs, which include identifying the best ways to monitor the sales, marketing and services of its members.
Intarsia will enable Valley Federal Credit Union to analyze product, service and member profitability as well as provide the credit union with next best product and service recommendations to improve cross-selling opportunities.
Sedona goes after such business, earlier this month they announced that Municipal Employees Credit Union of Oklahoma City has selected Sedona's Intarsia as its MRM application.
With assets over $80 million, Municipal Employees Credit Union has been assisting over 10,000 members in the Oklahoma City metro area.
Municipal Employees Credit Union, who will be converting to Sharetec systems in July 2007, found that both the technology and services offered by Sedona were acceptable for its needs. Intarsia's capabilities for the credit union market and its out-of-box integration with Municipal Employees Credit Union's core processing system will help Municipal Employees Credit Union to be more effective in cross selling and overall member relationship management, company officials hope.
Intarsia is designed and priced for small and midsize financial services businesses and can be tailored for each organization. The software includes features such as cross-sell and next best product and services recommendation, customer retention prediction, contribution/profit management, process management, contact and referral management and campaign management.
And in September Sedona announced that Data Systems of Texas picked them as its partner for Member Relationship Management application and services.
In August Sedona announced results its second fiscal quarter, ended June 30, 2006. Revenues for the second quarter 2006 increased 35 percent to $310,000 compared to $229,000 reported in the same quarter of 2005.
For the six months ended June 30, 2006, revenues totaled $778,000 compared to $386,000 a year ago, a 102 percent increase over the prior year. The company reported a
gross profit of $226,000 or 73 percent of revenues in the second quarter compared to $180,000 or 78 percent of revenues reported in the same period a year ago.
