The Service Council’s Smarter Services Symposium conference is an educational networking event for senior service and customer management executives, and the theme of this year’s edition is “Service is Humanity.” Despite industry shifts toward automation and artificial intelligence, the customer remains the focal point for service organizations, and human connections are still a top priority for customer satisfaction and overall business success. The Smarter Services Symposium will explore how and why ease and effort are the criteria for service delivery, while empathy and experience are the keys to elevating customer interactions.
