For example, in Europe, a leading provider of solutions for value-added communication services has used Open Access to build a tele-voting service solution. Handling up to 4,000 calls per second, the tele-voting solution illustrates hallmarks of NMS's media processing and signaling offerings, including carrier-grade performance and scalability.
