Amino appoints SVP of product management and marketingFeb 27, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Amino Communications, a provider of IPTV/OTT solutions, has announced the appointment of Joe Coles as senior vice president, or SVP, of product management and marketing. With over 20 years' technology industry experience across semiconductors, telecoms and mobile, Joe joins Amino's executive team with responsibility for developing and driving the company's Aminet and Live range of IPTV/OTT set-top boxes. Prior to joining Amino, Joe established his own consultancy company specializing in strategic portfolio management and co-founded a start-up based on a mobile app/online product to create a free Wi-Fi community for smartphone and tablet users. Previously he held various executive level roles in product management at Nokia with experience across mobile devices, software and integrated online services and was responsible for many industry-shaping products. Joe was also product marketing manager at Plantronics where he was responsible for a new wireless headset innovation.
