Hoppit Launches Android App

Nov 27, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Hoppit, an ambience search engine for restaurants, has launched its new Android app in the Google Play store.

In a release, the Company noted that it is available in 14 cities.

Hoppit's iPhone app has also received a significant update, including menus, dish recommendations, and online reservations.

On both iPhone and Android, users can now peruse items on menus and make online reservations. Menus are powered by a partnership with SinglePlatform from Constant Contact, and online reservations by a partnership with OpenTable.

"We've been keeping a close ear to our consumers, and on-the-go users want a one-stop shop app for finding a restaurant," said Steven Dziedzic, CEO of Hoppit. "Our new Android app and updated iPhone app are exactly that, now including relevant suggestions, beautiful photos, menus, and mobile reservations, all in a seamless user experience. Hoppit brings a true one-stop shop experience to the world of restaurant search." ((Comments on this story may be sent to [email protected]))
