Pho Sinh, a new Vietnamese restaurant in Alameda, Cali., announced their grand opening in May of 2012. The restaurant, which already enjoyed over 30 years of success in Vietnam, now serves authentic, high quality Vietnamese cuisine in Alameda, including the ever-popular rice noodle soup dish, Pho and other dishes more commonly seen in the northern region of Vietnam, which is the surrounding area of the capital city of Hanoi. Pho Sinh serves a great selection of delicious, quality Vietnamese cuisine at affordable prices. The restaurant has already developed a reputation in the area for its delicious homemade noodle soups. The broth for the pho, or noodle soup, is made over a period of 20 hours and is created using old family recipes back in Hanoi. Pho Sinh also offers Bun (Rice Vermicelli meals), Com (Rice Plate dishes) and a great selection of authentic Ha Noi cuisine, including Bun Cha Ha Noi, which is Marinated Broiled Pork served with Vermicelli and Salad Wrap, and My Ap Chao Bo, Stir Fried Beef Tenderloin served on Egg Noodles.
