BRIEF: Porn possession leads to prisonWARRENSBURG, Nov 09, 2012 (The Daily Star-Journal - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A Garden City man received four, five-year prison sentences after pleading guilty to four felony charges of possession of child pornography. Circuit Judge Michael R. Wagner sentenced Matthew E. Smith, 1995 S.W. Highway 2, to serve the prison terms concurrently. A probable cause statement said an officer executed a search warrant on Smith's residence Sept. 29, 2010. Officers seized a Toshiba Satellite laptop computer from Smith's bedroom. The computer contained four videos of prepubescent girls dancing naked or involved in sexual acts with adults.
