By Alex Passett December 24, 2024

Good afternoon, y’all. Merry Christmas Eve to all celebrating (and of course, warm end-of-year vibes to everyone reading this, as well).

Last week on our Future of Work news depot, we covered a story involving GOCare and how its B2B SaaS (News - Alert) solutions (and its broadband/digital experience experts behind the curtain) help operators and utility industries improve customers’ experiences (CX). GOCare achieve this by a.) really understanding their preferences and hooking them up with extensive self-service options, and b.) enabling seamless cross-platform experiences. GOCare actively partners with the likes of Vexus Fiber, Blue Stream Fiber, Point Broadband, Lyte Fiber and many others. (Read more here.)

Today, we’ve got another GOCare partnership on our hands:

GOCare officially announced its collab with 360 Broadband; specifically, 360 Broadband will be upleveling its CX management processes with GOCare.

Even more specifically, 360 Broadband is deploying the GOCare Digital Experience Platform (DXP) — with GOCare Messenger, Connect, Outage Management, and Pulse (News - Alert) modules — in order to enhance customer engagement touchpoints. GOCare DXP will be integrated into 360 Broadband's systems, including Sonar Software's billing and operations platform (as well as Calix (News - Alert) Cloud) to ensure customers have full access to, quote, “the most accurate insights over any channel, automated notifications, and self-help solutions powered by GOCare.” (This solution also enables 360 Broadband to a.) scale operations efficiently and b.) grow its footprint and subscriber base.)

“The broadband industry increasingly acknowledges the consumer demand for digital communication channels, and operators are recognizing the operational efficiencies these channels bring to their service teams,” commented Mike Roddy, CEO and co-founder of GOCare. “Customer experience is the ultimate differentiator, and we're proud to support 360 Broadband in delivering exceptional service to its customers alongside our key ecosystem partners like Calix.”

“GOCare aligns with 360 Broadband's dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences”, added Kris McElroy, CEO of 360 Broadband. “By seamlessly integrating digital communication channels with our technology platforms from Sonar and Calix, GOCare enables us to enhance the overall customer experience further while providing greater flexibility in how our customers engage with us.”

Since 1999, ITEXPO (News - Alert) (part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience) has combined educational conference programming with a robust exhibit hall, networking events and other activities, bringing together buyers and providers of business technology products and services that drive business success.
