Zayo and RingCentral Partner to Launch AI-Powered UCaaS Solution

Zayo and RingCentral (News - Alert) announced a strategic partnership to introduce Zayo UC+ with RingCentral- a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution to enhance workforce productivity and improve customer experiences.




The offering integrates AI-powered communication capabilities across various channels and is designed to streamline business communications. It consolidates voice, video, chat, SMS, fax, and contact center services and combines Zayo's extensive network infrastructure and integration expertise with RingCentral's advanced AI features, including the RingEX and RingCX solutions, which provide real-time insights to optimize communication efficiency.

Zayo UC+ and RingCentral add AI to enhance phone calls, SMS, meetings, and messaging and deliver real-time analytics and insights. With the company’s low-latency connectivity and extensive network, the platform is also able to integrate communication functions seamlessly into business applications like Salesforce, Microsoft (News - Alert), Google, and Zendesk. And with RingCX in the UC+ offering, companies also have a way to deliver superior customer support across more than 20 digital channels.
