Intermedia's channel partners can also now offer a leading-edge solution to their clients who are using Microsoft Teams, enhancing their service offerings and driving revenue growth.

Intermedia, known for its AI-powered cloud communications and collaboration solutions, has designed Unite for Teams Advanced to build upon the existing functionalities of Microsoft Teams. Businesses can now access enterprise-grade calling features, SMS capabilities, and more, all within the familiar Teams interface.

They can also make crystal-clear phone calls and send SMS messages directly within Teams as well as host meetings and chat with coworkers using a single app.

The platform also offers over 100 integrated features, including advanced call handling options like call monitoring, whisper, barge-in, and queue management, enhancing productivity and call management. It includes a 30-day rolling archive for calls, SMS, and voicemails, with the option to extend retention up to 10 years. This is perfect for industries with stringent compliance requirements.
