CallTower Partners with Tollring to Launch Advanced Call Analytics for Microsoft Teams

CallTower (News - Alert), a provider of unified communications, contact center, and collaboration solutions, announced a new partnership with Tollring to deliver advanced call analytics for Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams through a solution called Analytics 365.




The new tool is designed to transform how organizations leverage call data insights so they can enhance team performance, improve customer engagement, and boost revenue.
