UScellular Launches Customer Engagement Solution Powered by Infobip

UScellular has announced it will enhance business and government customer experience with a new customer engagement solution. The new offering is powered by Infobip (News - Alert), a global communications platform and utilizes the Infobip CPaaS X so UScellular customers can craft personalized, omnichannel messaging campaigns with ease.




"Our automated CPaaS X onboarding and number provisioning allows UScellular customers to get operational and send messages faster than they thought possible," said Marcelo Frizzo, Vice President of Telecom Strategy and Partnerships at Infobip.

The solution’s user-friendly visual interface allows businesses to quickly create and deploy targeted messaging campaigns across various channels. These include SMS, RCS, MMS, voice, email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages, and WhatsApp.

By integrating seamlessly with popular CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other third-party software, the platform also helps businesses streamline their workflows and operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
