LotusFlare, a provider of digital commerce platforms, is on a mission to design, build and continuously advance a digital commerce and monetization platform that simplifies technology and customer experience to deliver valuable outcomes to enterprises.
One of its flagship platforms, DNO Cloud, a micro-services-based platform, is a fully digital platform that provides products and services to help companies operate their businesses efficiently. Additionally, this platform caught the eye of a telecommunications giant.
T-Mobile, wanting to provide its customers with enhanced business and technical capabilities, entered a partnership with LotusFlare that will see T-Mobile (News - Alert) leverage LotusFlare's DNO Cloud. The partnership marks a shift in T-Mobile's approach to its wholesale business, which caters to mobile virtual network operators and other enterprises seeking to leverage T-Mobile's network infrastructure to offer their own branded mobile services.
"LotusFlare is a key collaborator in T-Mobile's efforts to expand our industry-leading wholesale services and bring a fresh perspective to the space," said Dan Thygesen, Senior Vice President of T-Mobile Wholesale and gead of T-Mobile's growing wholesale business.
DNO Cloud offers several key advantages for T-Mobile's wholesale customers. DNO Cloud provides a drag-and-drop interface for building and deploying new mobile service plans. This allows for faster time-to-market for T-Mobile's wholesale partners.
The platform facilitates personalized customer interactions and self-service capabilities. What this will do, essentially, is improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
DNO Cloud also provides real-time insights into network performance, customer behavior and revenue streams, allowing for data-driven decision-making and optimization. And the platform's automation features and cloud-based infrastructure reduce the operational costs of running a mobile service, benefiting T-Mobile and its wholesale customers.
By integrating LotusFlare's DNO Cloud, T-Mobile aims to provide its wholesale partners with a streamlined and agile platform for managing their operations, including customer acquisition, service provisioning, billing and revenue management. It’s also predicted that DNO Cloud's ability to streamline operations and reduce costs could attract new MVNOs and other players to T-Mobile's wholesale platform, potentially increasing its market share and revenue.
"LotusFlare DNO Cloud will help T-Mobile accelerate its market-leading position," said Sam Gadodia, CEO and co-founder of LotusFlare. "LotusFlare looks forward to helping T-Mobile continue to simplify technology and simplify customer experience."
The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed. However, LotusFlare and T-Mobile expressed confidence in the long-term value of the collaboration.
