XConnect and Enabld Collaborate to Enhance Omnichannel Experiences with Mobile Number Data Intelligence

XConnect (News - Alert) has partnered with Enabld Technologies to incorporate mobile number intelligence for better messaging routing. XConnect's global numbering intelligence data will be used within Enabld's Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) platform to provide a consistent and reliable omnichannel experience.




Enabld's partnership with XConnect will allow its customers to improve messaging accuracy and quality by leveraging XConnect's trusted numbering data. This will also enhance Enabld's portfolio, allowing them to provide rapid, cost-effective, and efficient messages to the correct users on the first attempt.

XConnect's number intelligence offers a global registry of network and subscriber information, which enables customers to enhance their communication services while complying with privacy regulations. By utilizing XConnect's data, customers can improve messaging accuracy, gain more control over their traffic, and expand their business confidently.

With Enabld’s platform, telecommunication companies and service providers are able to launch and expand enterprise communications on a large scale. Their CPaaS solution is a comprehensive platform that enables communication service providers to develop their own branded CPaaS solutions and provide omnichannel communication services via a unified interface.
