Telinta Adds Mobile VoIP to Its Brandable Service Provider Portfolio

By Erik Linask June 24, 2019

Already known for its white label cloud-based switching and billing solutions, Telinta (News - Alert) has expanded its brandable portfolio to include Mobile VoIP.  The addition allows Telinta’s customers to deliver comprehensive communications packages to their end users.

The mobile VoIP application can be customized with each customer’s own logo and brand name, along with language options and URLs, and can be offered using customers’ choice of DID and VoIP termination providers.  It can also be used to deliver free peer-to-peer calling using Telinta’s softswitch and billing platform.  The mobile app is available as a free Android (News - Alert) or iOS download, with auto-configuration enabled by QR code for voice and video calling, call recording, SMS, and other popular features.

Telinta’s Mobile VoIP can be offered as a standalone service, or bundled with any number of other applications, including hosted PBX (News - Alert), SIP trunking, business or residential VoIP, WebRTC, MVNO, and calling card.

Naturally, the Mobile VoIP service is tightly integrated with Telinta’s Virtual Office solutions, including hosted PBX, fax, conferencing, and other business communications applications.  The complete solution gives SMBs a single source for their business communications services, accessible through intuitive customer-centric sign-up through Telinta customers.

Telinta makes billing easy with access to leading credit card processing providers, simplifying the process for VoIP providers and their reseller partners, whether their end customers are paying based on monthly subscriptions, per-minute rates, pre- or post-paid plans, or other promotions.

Service quality is always critical but, with so many VoIP providers to choose from and VoIP essentially a commodity service today, ease of deployment, management, and integration become key differentiators.  That’s something Telinta recognizes and is a driving force behind its desire to provide a  customer- and partner-friendly end-to-end solution.

“Telinta understands the tremendous opportunity our customers have for Mobile VoIP,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta.  “We offer a comprehensive cloud-based solution, including many brandable resources for our customers and their resellers around the world.”

Opportunities for VoIP providers and their partners  -- and how companies like Telinta and others are enabling value-added service for them – will be a focus at ITEXPO 2020, taking place February 12-14, 2020, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Along with MSP Expo and other elements of the TechSuperShow, ITEXPO (News - Alert) will provide an unmatched educational and networking opportunity for service providers, resellers, tech vendors, and end customers alike, to understand how to grow their respective businesses leveraging the latest business technology.  Telinta will be exhibiting at ITEXPO 2020, along with participating in educational sessions to help VoIP providers expand their businesses.
