Accuris Appoints Steve Holiday and Lesley West to Help Shape the Future of Engineering IntelligenceAccuris, a leading provider of Engineering and Supply Chain Intelligence solutions, today announced that Steve Holiday and Lesley West have joined the company, effective October 19, 2026. Both join Accuris from ASTM International and bring extensive experience spanning standards technology, product development, enterprise solutions and customer adoption. Holiday has joined Accuris as Director, Standards Technology & Strategic Alliances, while West has joined as Director, Publisher Partnerships & Content Strategy. Their appointments strengthen Accuris' ability to help standards development organizations and engineering enterprises respond to a fundamental shift in the market: from accessing standards as isolated documents and publisher-specific destinations toward authoritative content connected across publishers, engineering systems and digital workflows. "Engineering teams do not work with one publisher, one document type or one system," said Claude Pumilia, CEO of Accuris. "They need authoritative knowledge connected across the full context of their work - from requirements and design through supply chain, production and compliance. Steve and Lesley understand both the standards ecosystem and the people who depend on it. Their experience will be invaluable as we build the next generation of connected Engineering Intelligence." Advancing connected, actionable standards West brings nearly three decades of experience at ASTM, most recently serving as Director of Product Management. She led product and platform-development initiatives supporting ASTM standards and related technical content, including the continued evolution of ASTM Compass®. West has also contributed to broader industry conversations around structured content, digital standards and the integration of standards into engineering systems and workflows. "Standards users need more structured, connected and actionable information, and standards publishers recognize this and are committing to working and publishing in new ways," said West. "Passionate about this, I have spent much of my career helping advance that transition. I chose to join Accuris now, because its combination of authoritative ontent partnerships, multi-publisher breadth and workflow technology creates an extraordinary opportunity to work more closely with the publishers and make standards more valuable within the day-to-day work of engineers." In her new role, West will lead publisher partnership and content strategy initiatives, working with standards development organizations and publishing partners to strengthen relationships and identify new content and revenue opportunities. She will also bring publisher and customer perspectives into Accuris' product strategy as the company develops solutions for regional markets and emerging digital engineering and AI workflows. Connecting standards with customer workflows Holiday brings extensive experience in standards solutions, technical sales, product development and enterprise implementation for close to 40 years. During more than a decade at ASTM, he held leadership roles in sales solutions and technical sales engineering, working closely with customers to understand how standards are deployed and used within enterprise environments. Before joining ASTM, Holiday held senior product-development and intranet-solution roles at IHS. His work included developing and implementing solutions that brought technical information from multiple sources together within enterprise customer workflows. "What attracted me to Accuris is its understanding that customers need more than another destination for finding documents," said Holiday. "They need trusted information from across the standards ecosystem connected with their own systems, people and decisions. Accuris has the content relationships, technology and customer reach to deliver that connected experience at enterprise scale." In his new role, Holiday will lead forward-looking standards technology and strategic alliance initiatives. Working with customers, standards development organizations and national standards bodies, he will help shape new and existing products, identify commercial opportunities, and advance the use of authoritative content across digital engineering and AI-enabled workflows in Accuris' primary industries and markets. "Steve and Lesley bring complementary expertise that will help us translate changes in technology, customer workflows and the standards ecosystem into meaningful product opportunities," said Duane Newman, Head of Product at Accuris. "Steve will focus on connecting emerging technologies and customer needs with new solutions, while Lesley will strengthen the publisher relationships and content strategies that make those solutions possible. Together, they will help us incorporate more input from the publishers, deliver more value to customers, and expand the reach and application of authoritative standards content." Building the next generation of Engineering Intelligence Accuris brings together authoritative content from more than 1,000 standards development and publishing partners within a common technology and workflow environment. Its Engineering Intelligence solutions help organizations discover, manage and apply standards across requirements management, change-impact analysis, digital-thread initiatives, compliance and enterprise governance. Accuris is investing in structured content, approved AI capabilities, mobile access, digital-thread integration and connections between Engineering Intelligence and Supply Chain Intelligence. These investments are designed to make authoritative knowledge easier to discover and apply while preserving the attribution, integrity and control required by content owners. "Steve and Lesley are joining at an important moment for Accuris and the wider standards community," Pumilia said. "Their decision reflects the scale of the opportunity ahead. We are delighted to welcome them to the team."
