DossDocs Launches New MyPortal Early Disclosures with Built-In Docusign® eSignature and Lower Upfront Doc Costs

New MyPortal workflow lets lenders and brokers meet early disclosure requirements without paying for a full loan document package upfront.

Doss, today announced the launch of a new Early Disclosures workflow. The $99 standalone offering gives lenders and brokers access to required early disclosures before committing to a full document package.

Early disclosure deadlines do not wait to see whether a loan will close. In California, DRE-licensed brokers must provide early broker disclosures within three business days of receiving a completed written loan application. Until now, DossDocs customers accessed those disclosures as part of the standard $399 Business Purpose loan document set, even when a deal later fell through.
